Yes. Every Luxtrium event includes experienced onsite support to help ensure your event runs smoothly. Our team works closely with your event planner, production crew, and vendors to coordinate timelines, manage A/V, oversee presentations, and assist with event logistics. From setup through the final guest departure, we're there to help deliver an exceptional experience.

Absolutely. You're welcome to work with your preferred caterers, planners, decorators, photographers, entertainers, and production partners. If you're looking for recommendations, Luxtrium also maintains a trusted network of preferred vendors who have experience working in our venue. These professionals understand our immersive technology and venue layout, helping create a seamless event experience while saving you valuable planning time.

First and foremost Luxtrium is a custom venue experience. We do not use stock or have a library of pre-used content. Our creative team works with you to understand your event goals, audience, theme, branding, and desired atmosphere. From there, we develop custom digital content that surrounds your guests with stunning visuals across our three 25-foot projection walls and floor space. You may provide your own content and in that case you would upload your files to our server two weeks before the event date to ensure experience readiness. There is a nominal fee to cover the cost of our A/V technical set up and run through.

Content development may include, but is not limited to: Corporate branding, Motion graphics, Scenic Environments, Product Showcases, Award Presentations, Digital Storytelling, Custom Animations, Interactive Experiences, Performance Backdrops, and Themed Environments.
